Madison Ray is Executive Vice President of Federalism in Action, where she leads the organization’s strategy, operations, and partnerships to strengthen its network of state leaders. Her work focuses on ensuring FIA is well positioned to support policymakers in exercising their constitutional authority and advancing effective, state-led governance.
She is also the Senior Director of the Center for Practical Federalism at State Policy Network. In this role, she drives the Center’s strategy and execution. Her commentary on federalism, constitutional governance, and the role of states has appeared in publications including Newsweek, National Review, Governing, and The Washington Examiner.
